This wonderful silk ball gown was inspired by a Charles F. Worth gown and was commissioned by Debra Stair of Denver, Colorado.
It was a challenge to make this gown, and I wish I could have been on the ball room floor when Debbie stopped the clock with this gown.
This gown won 1st Place in the 2009 USA Best Ball Gown in the World contest.
